The way of Tantra transforms scarcity. Scarcity is a mindset. It is an undercurrent that robs us of life’s pleasures and influences every decision we make. I say this with the most caring attitude as I know this mindset all too well.
I grew up in an old world Eastern European family and we came to the US when I was a teen. We didn’t have much in the way of material wealth but we lived in the most sovereign way as possible by being off the grid and living in close connection to nature. In a way this was my salvation as affection and emotional closeness was a fleeting concept in my family. Naturally, my love language became touch and words of affirmation. My folks were hardworking people who did everything they could to provide for my sister and I.
However, the mindset of scarcity kept intimacy and pleasures at bay. Many things improved for us but this mindset never changed and it was handed down to us. No blame here. In fact, all I write is from a place of gratitude.
The scarcity mindset is a historical and societal conditioning that has made its way to me through the generational stream, AND I am happy to say it also stops with me.
Maybe this is sounding familiar?
I chose the practice of self-inquiry through meditation, yoga, ritualized self-pleasuring techniques, and radical self-love to embody an abundant life. I chose the way of Tantra, or maybe it chose me, but either way, it is the path that has transformed a scarcity mindset filled with self-judgment into one of deep connection to love and self-acceptance.
I realized that scarcity is a separation from the true source of life.
It is a separation from the internal connection to the source of life. (God, Goddess, Shiva, Buddha, Jesus, Shakti, Allah, or whatever you prefer to call this source) I will refer to this as my inner Goddess or Shakti connection. As it is all within and not an external entity. The link is within every one of us.
Tantra has shown me the path to the embodiment of my most intimate connection to the Goddess within me.
This path has aided my transformation of a scarcity mindset and its symptomatic isolating ways of thinking, and infused my awareness with greater capacity to change the conditioned negative self reflection to kindness and compassion for myself. I’ll be perfectly honest, it has not been easy, but with the tools I learned, I got better at doing the work. I saw and felt the results and became more inspired to show up for myself. When it’s the difference of continuing to live in painfully less deserving ways vs. thriving, the choice to heal was easy and the work proved to be the most empowering.
Choosing my self and claiming my birthright to feel pleasure, live in my sensuality, embrace my sexuality and continue to discover the joys of life, offered liberation from a scarcity mindset and the self abandonment which comes with it.
This is what I am here to be in service of. I am here to help you heal and transform the pain you bear from past trauma, abandonment, scarcity, lack of self-wroth, or abuse, I am honored to provide you with the tools to connect to your inner Goddess and to live the life you were born to live. You get to re-claim your pleasure, re-awaken your sensuality, and re-connect to your inner knowing which has always been in the treasure trove of your body being.
